This repository contains the data and MATLAB code supporting the manuscript “Entropy partitioning reveals an organization–adaptability window in open flow networks”. It includes the empirical flow-network matrices, input, output and dissipative flow vectors, source metadata, derived entropy and network indicators, null-model outputs, and MATLAB scripts used to calculate the reported metrics and generate the statistical analyses and figures.
