Optical measurements of LTO:Cu sol-gel derived thin films

Lithium titanate doped by copper thin films were manufactured by chemical, sol-gel method. Flms were deposited on a Corning glass substrated by spin coater. To calculated optical band gap and other optcal parameters, UV-VIS spectroscopy measurements were performed. For measurements selected samples with various content of Cu.采用化学溶胶-凝胶法制备了铜掺杂钛酸锂薄膜。通过旋涂仪将薄膜沉积于康宁（Corning）玻璃衬底上。为计算光学带隙及其他光学参数，开展了紫外-可见（UV-VIS）光谱测试，并选取了铜掺杂含量各异的样品。
