Dataset: "Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles from Aloe vera: Antibacterial Potential Against Cyanobacteria"
收藏资源简介:
The dataset contains spectroscopic characterization and antibacterial activity data for silver nanoparticles AgNPs, including UV–Vis absorption spectra and concentration–response modeling results. UV–Vis spectra were recorded in the 300–800 nm range to evaluate the optical properties and surface plasmon resonance behavior of different AgNP formulation pH (α, β, and γ). The spectral data include wavelength-dependent absorbance values and allow identification of peak positions associated with nanoparticle formation and dispersion state. The antibacterial activity of AgNPs was assessed by measuring bacterial growth inhibition using optical density at 630 nm (OD630) following exposure to increasing nanoparticle concentrations. The concentration–response relationship was modeled using an exponential decay function to describe the inhibition profile. The dataset includes experimental OD630 values, fitted model predictions, residuals, standardized residuals, and regression diagnostics (including leverage and Cook’s distance) to support statistical validation of the model. All data are provided in Excel format to ensure transparency and reproducibility. The dataset supports quantitative analysis of nanoparticle optical behavior and antimicrobial efficacy, as well as independent verification of the nonlinear regression modeling approach.
