Meiobenthic phyla (Nematoda, Arthropoda, Platyhelminthes, Cnidaria, Rotifera, Gastrotricha, Annelida, Mollusca, Tardigrada) metagenetic, meiobenthic 18S reads from 454 GS FLX. Samples collected from intertidal meiobenthic samples around the UK coast and some sites in mainland Europe. DNA was extracted using a DNA extraction Kit, PCR amplified with tagged fusion primers on 18S rDNA gene and pyrosequenced using 454 Roche GSFLX with A-adaptor.
