SUBJECT of the Invention The wrapping|lapping decorative board which can be constructed is provided without making a joint line conspicuous for the floor surface and wall surface of a building by a small construction man-hour. PROBLEM to be solved The surface 11 of the base material 10 of the wrapping|lapping decorative board A is divided into several surface part 11a and 11b by at least 1 vertical groove 14. In the long side surface 12 and 12 side of the base material 10， the long side chamfering surface 16 is formed in an other end over this long side surfaces 12 and 12 and surface 11 from one end of a longitudinal direction. In the short side surface 13 and 13 side of the base material 10， the short-side chamfering surface 17 is formed between this short side surfaces 13 and 13 and 1st surface part 11a， and at least 1 horizontal groove 15 is formed in the 2nd surface part 11b. The one end side of the short side direction of the base material 10 becomes the 2nd surface part 11b， and a 1st surface part 11a certainly comprises several surface part 11a and 11b adjacent to the 2nd surface part 11b.
