Sequence alignments and neighbour joining trees of public DNA sequences with annotations of Lutjanidae species

Alignments and neighbour joining trees with DNA sequences featuring annotations of Lutjanidae species downloaded from GenBank on January 29th, 2019. The COI files also contain sequences from particular species from the Reference Standard Sequence Library (RSSL) for Seafood Identification of the U.S. Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA). Clusters in the condensed trees represent groups of sequences, which cannot be divided any further according to species annotations. The numbers of the occurring sequences with particular species annotations are displayed in parentheses.
