MMSciBench dataset focuses on mathematics and physics that evaluates scientific reasoning capabilities. The dataset includes four types of data files: QA_has_img_with_categories.csv, QA_no_img_with_categories.csv, multi_choice_has_img_with_categories.csv, and multi_choice_no_img_with_categories.csv.
