The effect of DMD on THP1 macrophages in response to IMQ.

To clarify the role of DMD in macrophages in response to IMQ, we performed transcriptomic analysis by a Low Input Quick-Amp Labeling kit (Agilent Technologies, USA) from IMQ-induced THP1 macrophages with or without DMD treatment in vitro. THP-1 was differentiated into macrophages by treating cells with 100 ng/ml of PMA for 24-36 h, followed by overnight incubation in fresh medium.
