资源简介:
The 70% resection promotes migration of Ly6C+CD11b+ monocytes/macrophages to the remnant liver accompanied by a reduction in its CD206+ macrophage content. Macrophage proliferation within the liver reaches maximum on day 3 after the surgery. Transcriptomic profiles of macrophages isolated from the regenerating livers reveal chemokine signaling signatures in combination with indications of the involvement in specific metabolic pathways rather than inflammatory effects or morphogenesis. In the study presented here, KC samples obtained after partial hepatoctomy were used to generate expression profiles of a total of 248 unique genes associated with inflammation. For each sample, sorted cells from 5 (?) Mice were pooled.
