We sequenced mRNA from U04, U04 mrr1Δ and four strains complemented with different MRR1 alleles in the U04 mrr1Δ strain background to define the Mrr1 regulon in C. lusitaniae and assess how Mrr1 activity effects expression in three conditions: control, diamide and hydrogen peroxide. Overnight cultures grown in YPD at 30 C were back diluted into 5 ml YPD and grown at 37 C to mid-exponential phase on a roller drum, diluted into pre-warmed medium then grown, at 37 C, to mid-exponential phase again before 30 minutes treatment with vehicle, 0.5 mM diamide or 0.5 mM hydrogen peroxide.
