Cross-language exception localization and type prediction dataset

The dataset contains 3 languages for code exception localization and type prediction. The python_dataset.jsonl is for Python, and the cpp_dataset.jsonl is for C++. The Java dataset comes from the paper \Learning to Handle Exceptions\ and we provide the dataset link.
