Transcriptome Analysis of Bacterial Component (Bacillus velezensis) During Its Interaction with Trichoderma harzianum

This study focuses on the interaction between Bacillus velezensis (bacterial strain) and Trichoderma harzianum (fungal strain). We collected bacterial cell samples of B. velezensis under two conditions: 1) monoculture (control group) and 2) co-culture with T. harzianum (interaction group). Illumina-based RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) was performed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of B. velezensis, aiming to reveal the molecular mechanism of its response to T. harzianum.
