资源简介:
A realist review aimed at developing middle-range realist programme theories (RPTs) to aid the understanding of mechanisms of health and wellbeing interventions within different workplace setting contexts. Data were extracted from relevant eligible studies and a narrative synthesis undertaken to code context, mechanism and outcome data to create middle-range RPTs.
Context, mechanisms and outcomes were defined as follows:
Context: the micro intervention context, i.e. what happened in the intervention including both omnibus (broad, encompassing) and discrete (separate, distinct) elements.
Mechanism: intervention mechanism information, i.e. employer and employee perceptions of, psychological reasoning, and cognitive and emotional responses to the intervention or intervention elements.
Outcomes, intervention or intervention element effects on participants (proximal, intermediate and distal outcomes) and organisations, and whether intended or unintended.
