Laser Desorption Low-Temperature Plasma Mass Spectrometry Imaging (LD-LTP MSI) of jimsonweed

Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) data set in imzML format, obtained from jimsonweed (Datura stramonium) fruits and seeds using Laser Desorption Low-Temperature Plasma ionization. The data indicate the non-uniform distribution of tropane alkaloids.
