A high-frequency open dataset of urban mobility in València, Spain, spanning 2020–2025

A curated, 15-minute-resolution archive reconstructing the longitudinal record of four Valencia mobility feeds (road-network state, car and bicycle loop-detector intensity, and Valenbisi bike-sharing availability) that the official portals do not retain. The primary streams are sourced from the Ajuntament de Valencia open-data portal (CC-BY 4.0). A supplementary bundle, recovered from the city's legacy real-time open-data API, extends the car loop-detector record back to 2020 and thus through the first COVID-19 lockdown. The deposit also bundles an already-public air-quality and meteorology companion (hourly observations from the nine Generalitat Valenciana monitoring stations in the city, 2020-2025, CC-BY), harmonised and time-aligned with the mobility record for cross-domain reuse.
