Endophytic Bacterium from Z. marina seed

We report the draft genome sequence of a Marinomonas sp. from eelgrass (Zostera marina) seeds. Genome sequencing confirmed the bacterial identity and provided new insights into seagrass endophyte diversity, particularly within seed-associated microbiomes and potential growth-promoting capabilities.
