Full-length microbial diversity analysis

This study employed the full-length microbial diversity analysis technique to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the microbial communities in the samples. By obtaining the complete 16S/18S rRNA genes of the microorganisms, the species classification of the microorganisms was accurately identified. At the same time, the composition structure of the community, the distribution of dominant species, and the species abundance and diversity characteristics were analyzed, providing basic data support for revealing the correlation between microorganisms and environmental factors in the forest ecosystem, as well as the functional potential and ecological service value of microorganisms.
