Histomorphometric analysis of ulcerated tissues.

This dataset summarizes the histological and histomorphometric analyses performed on the ulcerated buccal tissues. Vessel density in the region directly beneath the ulcer was quantified per unit area at 100 × magnification. For inflammatory cell analysis, after imaging at 400 × magnification, three random regions beneath the ulcer were evaluated, and the numbers of neutrophils, lymphocytes, and plasma cells per unit area were recorded. The mean value for each animal was used as the representative value. (XLSX)
