Data from Master thesis: " Determining priority areas for conservation: a spatially explicit approach applied to Alpine flora."

Thanks to the Prioritizr package on RStudio, we defined protected areas in Switzerland for the conservation of three taxa (spermatophytes, bryophytes and pteridophytes).We also evaluated the use of spermatophyte like umbrella species for the bryophytes and pteridohytes, which are often forgotten in conservation plans.
