The first GWAS meta-analysis combines GWAS summary statistics of invasive melanoma from UK Biobank (as of August 2022), FinnGen release 9, QSkin Sun and Health Study and The Queensland Study of Melanoma: environmental and genetic associations (Q-MEGA) study. The second GWAS meta-analysis combines GWAS summary statistics of in situ melanoma from UK Biobank (as of August 2022), FinnGen release 9, QSkin Sun and Health Study and The Queensland Study of Melanoma: environmental and genetic associations (Q-MEGA) study.
