The liver is one of the most crucial organs in chicken, which makes more than 90% of its new fat . The major characteristic of chicken fatty liver disease is lipid metabolic disorder, and even cause liver rupture and blood clots, and that this ultimately affects the production performance in chicken. In order to cause the molecular mechanism of chicken fatty liver, this study explored the analysis of differential genes between normal liver and fatty liver through transcriptome sequencing. And follow-up to perform functional verification and molecular mechanism exploration of differentially expressed genes in chicken primary liver cells.
