Complete mitogenome and draft genome of a neurotoxic mushroom species in the genus Inosperma. Inosperma sp. D86 isolate:D86

A recent discovery of Inosperma revealed that this mushroom is the main causative agents of neurotoxic mushroom poisoning in Thailand. The presence of alkaloid muscarine as the major toxic substance in the Inosperma. This study focused on characterization of the mitogenome and draft genome in the genus Inosperma by using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology. The data provides mitogenome and draft genome for the first time of Inosperma.
