Contact normalization of Src transformed cells

Established cell lines were used to investigate the effects of oncogenic transformation and contact normalization on mRNA expression. Layered culture systems were employed. Cadherin dependent contact normalization and forced podoplanin expression were used to identify tumor promoters and suppressors associated with oncogenic Src kinase activation.
