Human stool samples of six Ulcerative Colitis patients under fecal microbiota filtrate transfer (FMFT) and fecal microbiota transfer (FMT) from 5 healthy stool donors collected at different times of treatment were analyzed by shotgun metagenomics to determined virome composition. This project includes datasets of raw fastq Illumina reads of shotgun metagenomes including viral/bacteriophage particles enrichment.
