资源简介:
In a cell, g-tubulin establishes a cellular network of threads named g-string meshwork. However, the functions of this meshwork remain to be determined. We investigated the traits of the meshwork and show that g-strings have the ability to connect the cytoplasm and the nuclear DNA together. We also show that g-tubulin has a role in determining the positioning of PCNA during DNA-replication. The experiment was performed in an MCF10A cell line and a total number of 8 ChIP samples were included. There are two samples per timepoint (one and two hours) and antibody (anti-PCNA) per cell line. A whole cell lysate (WCE) is included as a control for each sample; these WCE samples are published under GEO Series GSE107975. Please note that processed data was generated from two samples (replicates *.1 and *.2) and is linked to the first replicate (i.e. *1.1, *2.1) of each pair.
