Understanding the Influence of Electron Traps and Urbach States on the Kinetics of Ti3+ Persistent Luminescence in LaAlO3:Ti3+ - raw data

This dataset contains a collection of raw thermoluminescence (TL) measurements for a series of 10 inorganic samples with LaAlO3 matrix. The data characterizes the thermal stimulation of electronic traps, specifically mapping the correlation between Temperature and Luminescence Intensity. To investigate the trap distribution within the crystal lattices, each sample underwent pre-irradiation using an 365 nm LED source. This process populated the active trapping centers.After irradiation the samples were heated at a controlled rate to record the light emission, yielding the characteristic TL glow curves provided in this repository.
