This is a subset of a genomic interval dataset, containing features such as chromosome name, start position of the interval, end position of the interval, DNA strand direction, DNA sequence, and interval type (if any). The dataset is divided into training, validation, and test sets with 99,991, 99,980, and 99,998 samples respectively. This dataset is constructed from a random selection of 100 files from the original dataset.
