Gut microbiota and hormone interaction mediates precocious puberty in HFD mice

In this study, we established a precocious puberty model of mice by feeding high fat food, and analyzed the changes of microbiota and metabolites by 16s rDNA sequencing and metabonomics. Then, using hormone treatment and fecal microbiota transplantation to explore the relationship between HFD, microbiota, hormone and precocity. Finally, find a new way for obese children to prevent the precocious puberty.
