This repository contains the supplementary tables of a manuscript entitled: "Comparative genomics reveals early emergence and biased spatio-temporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 ". Published in MBE.<br>The repository provides:<br>1) The complete list of polymorphic sites in the genome of SARS-CoV-2 considered in the study and their functional annotation<br>2) A description of all Haplogroups (HGs) and Macrohaplogroups (MGs) defined in the study<br>3) The complete list of SARS-CoV-2 sequences considered in the study and their assignment to the corresponding HG and MHG<br>4) Estimates of allele frequencies based on the time intervals discussed in the paper<br>See the readme file for more information and a more thorough description of the data herein provided<br>These data will be updated regularly.
