Dataset - Moloi et al. Human impact on the composition of small intestinal helminth infracommunities in canine mesocarnivores with a special focus on Echinococcus multilocularis

Dataset version 3 with details of statistics for the manuscript titled Human impact on the composition of small intestinal helminth infracommunities in canine mesocarnivores with a special focus on Echinococcus multilocularis. The former versions of the dataset were published as a supplement for the manuscript Diversity of small intestinal helminth infracommunities in canine mesocarnivores related to human impact (version 2 had to be published because version 1 was uploaded in a deficient file format, which could not be opened after download) During the peer review of the manuscript Diversity of small intestinal helminth infracommunities in canine mesocarnivores related to human impact, the reviewers could not accept the application of ANOSIM and SIMPER. For this reason, the creators reprocessed the raw data of the original research. In this version of the dataset, we provided more details of the calculations, and ANOSIM and SIMPER were omitted. Because of the different analytical approach, we had to change the title of the manuscript to Human impact on the composition of small intestinal helminth infracommunities in canine mesocarnivores with a special focus on Echinococcus multilocularis.
