GC×GC-TOF-MS VOCs Dataset from Streptomyces scabiei Cultivated in Multiple Media

This dataset contains GC×GC-TOF-MS data (in .cdf format) of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by Streptomyces scabiei grown in five different culture media (TSB, MHB, LB, ISP6, ISP1). It also includes VOC profiles of the non inoculated media (controls) and an alkane standard file used for retention index (RI) calculations. An accompanying Excel file provides a detailed inventory of all .cdf files, including injection dates and sample descriptions.
