Resolving the IceCube-LIGO Disconnect: Macroscopic Topological Chains and the Astrophysical Mechanics of Ultra-High-Energy Events - RJW

The observation of ultra-high-energy (PeV) "neutrino" events by the IceCube observatory (e.g., "Bert," "Ernie," and "Big Bird") presents a triad of anomalies for the Standard Model: a lack of temporal correlation with gravitational wave (GW) events detected by LIGO, heavily quantized energy clustering, and a massive statistical improbability regarding their geographic alignment. The RJW Force-Line Framework resolves these anomalies deterministically. By modeling these events not as point particles, but as macroscopic, phase-locked Matter-Antimatter-Matter (M-A-M) 4D chains, this paper establishes a precise mechanical life cycle for ultra-high-energy events. We demonstrate how these macroscopic chains are forged in the extreme tidal shear of binary black hole mergers, delayed across cosmological distances by topological slipstream shielding, captured and steered by Earth's adiabatic magnetic funnel via an immense ~4.25 billion $\mu_B$ relativistic magnetic dipole moment, and finally detonated by the collective electromagnetic shear of highly polar atomic lattices (deep ice and water).
