Nki Translational Neuroscience Laboratory Macaque Mri Dataset

This dataset includes whole brain MRI data from a group of three rhesus macaques. The dataset includes functional MRI data in the form of contrast (Monocrystalline iron oxide nanoparticles (MION)) enhanced echo planar images, T1-weighted and T2-weighted anatomical images, and diffusion weighted images for each subject. The fMRI data is a mix of anesthetized resting state imaging, somatosensory stimulation, and awake movie watching.
