Baselines Initiative 16S rRNA gene dataset: Baselines Amplicon Release 2 (R2) North Pacific Line-67

The overall objective of this project (Baselines Initiative) is to generate several 16S rRNA gene databases to establish robust baseline information on the biological communities in marine ecosystems. This field study was conducted in the North Pacific Line-67 in multi-years (October 2009, October 2011, September 2012 and October 2013) to examine phytoplankton community diversity.
