Full-network road traffic flow and speed estimates for the São Paulo state road network, generated by an XGBoost-based interpolation model validated against ARTESP toll plaza counts. Contains hourly predictions for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and trucks, plus XGBoost-predicted speeds and BPR-model speeds for weekdays and weekends across 200,420 OSM road segments.
