IgG Autoantigen Array using sera from primary Sjogren's syndrome patients and non-Sjogren's syndrome controls

Sera were acquired from the Sjogren's International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) biorepository and were assayed for IgG autoantibodies. The autoantigen array was performed to identify the specific autoantibodies that were enriched in pSS patients. Sera from 15 pSS patients and 15 non-SS controls were assayed. All subjects were females and were matched according to age and ethnicity. Samples were stored at -80 C and shipped to UT Southwestern for autoantigen array analysis.
