Potassium (K) is the essential element for life being. It is the one of the key factors which determine crop yield and quality. K is especially critical nutrient for mature leaf quality in Nicotiana tabacum L.(tobacco). By deeply comparative transcriptome analysis between two cultivars, we aim to investigate the potential molecular mechanism of low potassium adaptation and use efficiency in tobacco.
