Ryukyu-ayu-fluctuating-asymmetry-dataset.csv

The dataset contains the both-side counts of four bilateral meristic traits of Ryukyu-ayu fish (Plecoglossus altivelis ryukyuensis). The fish specimens were collected from three populations: Yona River, Okinawa Island; Yakugachi River, Amami-oshima Island; hatchery-reared fish at ayu observation center, Amami City. This dataset was used to calculate fluctuating asymmetry (FA) incidence and FA score for each population.
