Recently, the frequent outbreak of diseases in scallops has caused severe economic losses, such as the infestation of the Polydora. To investigate the molecular regulation mechanism of scallops infested by Polydora and supply theoretical basis for genetic breeding of disease-resistant scallops, transcriptome sequences of the mantle and hemocytes of infested Mizuhopecten Yessoensis were sequenced by RNA-seq technique.
