Primary cell cultures were isolated from different KrasG12D-driven mouse models of pancreatic cancers and subjected to array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) for the investigation of copy number profiles. We generated primary pancreatic cancer cell cultures from the following mouse genotypes: KrasG12D-Panc (PK, 54 samples); KrasG12D-Panc;PB-Panc (PK-PB, 17 samples); KrasG12D-Panc;Cdkn2a-∆HOM-Panc (PKC, 16 samples); KrasG12D-Panc;Trp53-∆HOM-Panc (PKP, 16 samples) and Kras-G12D-Panc;Tgfbr2-∆HET/HOM-Panc (PKT, 12 samples).
