Analysis of differential proteins in Colletotrichum falcatum during red rot infection in sugarcane

The project is aimed at analysing the comparitive proteomics of red rot pathogen, C. falcatum, during red rot infection in sugarcane. The differentially abundant proteins shall be used to identify the corresponding genes.
