Rectal cancer-related mucosa flora and its diagnostic markers

This study intends to analyze the rectal mucosa flora of patients with rectal cancer and normal humans by genomics and culture omics, analyze and compare the differences between the rectal mucosa flora of the two, and look for specific microbial markers of rectal cancer-associated flora for the occurrence of rectal cancer provide a basis for the diagnosis and exploration of related pathogens.
