"This dataset contains electrical and environmental measurements of photovoltaic (PV) modules operating under multiple fault conditions. It is designed to support research on PV fault diagnosis, performance analysis, and data-driven modeling under limited-sample and multi-condition scenarios. The dataset includes key operating variables such as solar irradiance, ambient temperature, open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, maximum power point voltage and current, fill factor, and array configuration parameters. Five representative fault types commonly observed in practical PV systems are considered, including open-circuit fault, overheating fault, short-circuit fault, aging fault, and shading\/soiling fault. By integrating environmental factors, electrical characteristics, and fault labels, this dataset provides a structured benchmark for developing, validating, and comparing PV fault diagnosis algorithms, particularly those focusing on robustness, interpretability, and generalization across different operating conditions."
