The biosynthesis and release of sex pheromone in moths is regulated by PheromoneBiosynthesis Activating Neuropeptide (PBAN), but the studies on the bioprocess of Phosphorylation and dephosphorylation that direct contact of the pheromone gland is unclear. So this study will not only elucidate the molecular mechanism of sex pheromone biosynthesis in moths, but also provide foundation for new targets for insecticide study.
