Popularity of wearable devices in Italy 2016

This statistic shows the popularity of wearable technologies among the Italian population in 2016. According to the survey results, almost one in four respondents (23 percent of respondents) had a propensity to buy a wearable device such as a smart watch or a fitness band in the following 12 months, while 16 percent of respondents already owned one at the time of the survey. Compared to the other EU-28 countries, Italy was country the highest propensity to buy a wearable device.
