POLAR Trial | WES | cfDNA | mIF Correlative raw data and R script

This dataset contains processed clinical, genomic, and transcriptomic data from the POLAR clinical trial, evaluating pembrolizumab and olaparib in metastatic pancreatic cancer with or without homologous recombination deficiency (HRD). Data include mutation calls (WES), RNA-seq expression matrices, neoantigen predictions, and associated de-identified clinical annotations. Integrated analyses link genomic instability and neoantigen burden to immune infiltration and clinical outcomes.
