Data from: Non-native earthworms alter the assembly of a meadow plant community

Dataset of the article “Non-native earthworms alter the assembly of a meadow plant community”.

The zip file contains two folder, data and code.

code: Four annotated scripts that contain a file for loading in data (load.R), data cleaning/wrangling (clean.R), pre build functions (func.R), and a file for processing the models and figures (proc.R).

data: A readme is included in the data folder which contains all of the raw and processed data collected during our mesocosm study.
