cDNA from viral RNA of SARS-CoV-2 was subjected to targeted amplification by PCR. Sequencing was performed on GridION X5 using SpotON flow cell (R9.4) of Oxford Nanopore Technology. Libraries were prepared via the ligation sequencing kit (SQK-LSK109) and multiplexed using barcode expansion kits (EXP-NBD114). Base-calling and de-multiplexing of Nanopore raw data were performed by Guppy (v.3.5.1) tool.
