Stable isotope data for perch populations in German gravel pit lakes

These data were collected as part of the Baggersee project: https://www.igb-berlin.de/en/project/baggersee <br>Samples for stable isotope analysis were collected from 14 gravel pit lakes in Lower Saxony, Germany. Lakes' samples include fish (perch and cyprinids), zooplankton, benthic macroinvertebrates, and primary producers. <br>Analysis was completed by the Cornell Isotope Laboratory using a Thermo Delta V isotope ratio mass spectrometer interfaced to a NC2500 elemental analyzer. <br>all_isotope_data.csv: d15N and d13C values for all samples collected from 14 gravel pit lakes. TL indicates total length (mm) of perch individuals. <br>lakevar.2.csv: Lake data describing productivity, morphology, littoral structure. <br>weighted l2 by category.csv: Metabolic biomass of fish communties<br>si.analysis.repo.Rmd: Code for analysis investigating effects of productivity and littoral structure on ontogenetic niche shifts of perch communities. <br><br>
