MERFISH Data for Thoracic Aorta of Control and Loeys-Dietz Syndrome Mice

This dataset contains two vzg files representing MERFISH data from the thoracic aorta of control (202403061319_EBramel-B3499-MERFISHAorta_VMSC06101_region_1.vzg) and Loeys-Dietz syndrome (LDS) mice (202402211555_EBramelHeartandAortaB3498_VMSC06101_region_1.vzg). The data was generated using a custom-designed panel to investigate regional transcript expression differences associated with vascular phenotypes in LDS. MERFISH was performed on 5-micron FFPE sections, with samples processed and imaged on a MERSCOPE instrument, resulting in spatial genomics measurements and associated image files.
